Traveling from Amsterdam to Stockholm: Part 3

The trip from Amsterdam to Stockholm by train was quite complicated. I had to take more than 7 different trains through Germany and Sweden, always moving up and down with my bags, feeling tired and hardly having time to eat. I tried to sleep in short intervals, constantly thinking about where I needed to go next, which train to catch, and when it would depart.

The train rides took me from Amsterdam to Germany, passing through various towns, and eventually reaching Malmö, Sweden. The train was peaceful, and the Scandinavian passengers didn't talk to each other or even make eye contact.

Whenever I got distracted, everyone on the train would look at me. They all had similar features with light eyes, blond hair, and fair skin, which made me feel like an 'exotic animal'.

When I arrived in Malmö, I didn't feel well. I had a headache and felt slightly dizzy. It was challenging to figure out the Swedish ticket machines to book a train to Stockholm because there was no option to book in English or Spanish, and I had run out of data. But after some difficulty, I managed to get a ticket. The journey to Stockholm continued in a comfortable, old-fashioned train. I had to buy a first-class ticket and shared a cabin with three other people. Surprisingly, no one spoke a single word during the entire four-hour trip.
